DLSB Pre-Order Information

Introducing Pre-Order at DLSB!

You can now get first dibs on some of your favourite styles by pre-ordering them! If the item you are wanting to purchase is available to 'pre-order' please make the following steps…

- Simply add the item to your cart as if you were placing a normal order.

- Follow the check-out process as normal and pay for the item(s) in your cart. Payment is taken once the order has been placed to ensure the item is allocated to your order.

- Like a normal order, you will receive a confirmation email containing all the products you have purchased.

- Once the pre-ordered item is available, we will dispatch your order and you will receive a despatch email with a tracking reference number so that you can track the delivery of your order. 

PLEASE NOTE: If your order contains a mix of pre-order(s) and in-stock items, we will dispatch the whole order when the pre-ordered item(s) become available. 

We would therefore advise making separate orders if you do not want to wait for your available items to be dispatched with the pre-order item(s), as we need to wait for the stock of the pre-order item(s) to be delivered by the supplier. 

The expected delivery date should be shown on the product page and we aim to update our customers as quickly as possible if there are any delays. For more information on pre-order time frames contact our customer care team who’ll be able to assist you!

*Not all items that are out of stock will be available for pre-order. Restocks are at the discretion of our buying team.
